Legal basis

The parliamentary Delegation Suisse near the parliamentary Parliament of the Council of Europe finds her base legal in the Ordinance of the federal Parliament on the delegations attached to international parliamentary assemblies and on the delegations in charge of the relations with the Parliaments of other States (RS 171.117).
