The legal basis for the delegation responsible for relations with the Landtag of Liechtenstein can be found in article 60 of the Parliament Act (RS 171.10) an article 3 of the Federal Assembly Ordinance on delegations to international parliamentary assemblies and delegations responsible for relations with foreign parliaments (Ordinance on Parliamentary Delegations) (RS 171.117).
