The Chamber of the National Council Conceived as a theater hall decked out with galleries, the National Council chamber comes to life with the presence of the 200 deputies to the lower chamber during the ordinary parliamentary sessions meeting four times per year. Except for Charles Giron's mural entitled the "Cradle of the Confederation", the chamber's decorations are rather austere.
