Specific responsibilities
The sub-committee has the task, based on a general overview, of studying the underlying documentation and findings from the partial revision of the Environmental Protection Act rejected in 2015 (Green Economy; 14.019), and of submitting a preliminary draft bill to the committee. In preparing the draft bill, the sub-committee will take into the latest technological developments, digitalisation and measures already taken by industry.
