​Since 1 July 2013 the Parliamentary Services have been run by Philippe Schwab, who heads the management board in his capacity as Secretary General of the Federal Assembly.


In addition to the Secretary General, the management board comprises

  • Martina Buol, the Deputy Secretary General and Secretary of the Council of States
  • Mark Stucki, the head of the Information Division
  • Claudio Fischer, the head of the International Relations and Multilingualism Division
  • Pierre-Hervé Freléchoz, the head of the Committees and Research Division
  • Therese Sägesser, the head of Human Resources and Finance
  • Vera Truong Dinh, ​the head of staff​​
