​Since 1 July 2013 the Parliamentary Services have been run by Philippe Schwab, who heads the management board in his capacity as Secretary General of the Federal Assembly.


In addition to the Secretary General, the management board comprises

  • the Deputy Secretary General and Secretary of the Council of States
  • the head of the Information Division
  • the head of the International Relations and Multilingualism Division
  • the head of the Committees and Research Division
  • the head of Human Resources and Finance
  • the head of Digital Services Division
  • the head of staff​​
