The fourth part-session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe took place in Strasbourg from 28 September to 2 October 2026. As the autumn session of the Federal Assembly was taking place in Bern at the same time, the Swiss delegation was only able to attend the first day of the part-session. National Councillors Roland Rino Büchel (SVP, SG), Damien Cottier (FDP, NE) and Fabian Molina (SP, ZH) travelled to Strasbourg for this purpose.
