Important information
Please note that tickets cannot be purchased at the Parliament Building.
- All visitors over the age of 16 are subject to an identity check and are required to present an official ID document to security staff. Acceptable forms of photo ID are: passport, identity card (from CH and EU states), driving licence (from CH and EU states), Swiss foreign nationals identity card.
- Visitors may each bring one piece of baggage no larger than L 41cm x W 31cm x H 10cm.
- Only folding prams that fit through the revolving door can be brought into the building.
- Liquids are not permitted, with the exception of medicines and baby food/special food preparations.
- Visitors also undergo security screening by walking through a metal detector and passing their belongings through an x-ray device.
- Wheelchair and wheeled walker users are requested to use the north entrance on the Bundesplatz side of the building.
- Admission until 1am.
